Your reservation is confirmed once full payment is received. A confirmation email with your program details will be sent shortly after.
More than 30 days before the program start: Eligible for a full refund (minus transfer fees). 15–29 days before the program start: 50% refund. 14 days or less before the program start: Non-refundable. Bookings may be transferred to another guest upon request.
In the unlikely event that we must cancel the program, you will receive a full refund or may choose to reschedule to another available date.
No-shows and early departures are non-refundable. We encourage you to contact us as soon as possible if your plans change. Refund Processing Refunds are made via the original payment method within 7–14 business days after confirmation.
